"They do NOT look like the picture. They come out powder baby pink, not tanned red-pink. Customer service said "Because the Frye Found collection consists of curated pre-loved and unique pieces, items can sometimes feature natural leather variations or differing finishes compared to studio photos. " This boot wasn't found anywhere, it was made badly and put on final sale, and only one of them fits. So yes - this one is a disappointment. I love my other Frye shoes."
"There was a tack sticking up inside the bottom I had to snip off, which gave me a bit of a hard time but overall I’m happy with them"
"The boots themselves look and feel good in quality, but despite sizing up - according to the size chart - they don’t fit. I don’t think it’s the actual foot size that’s the issue. I was able to get one boot on(with a struggle), but the other won’t slide on. I have slimmer feet, and have never had this issue."
"These boots are not leather. They are a very chemically smelling synthetic material. I put them in the garage because they were causing me to have a headache. False advertising. I bought on "final sale" apparently, so not able to return. Such a disappointment and unfortunate waste of money, especially since I'm a senior on limited income."
"I’m trying to find a way to wear these daily, they’re SO GOOD!!!! I have a wide and high volume foot and got a . 5 size larger than my normal- I DID have to stretch these to fit more comfortably but now that it’s been done, I’m having no problem!"

"The boot fit my left foot but not the right foot. I have a high instep. The quality of the boot was great. The leather amazing. i live in a small town. We had a snow storm which I couldn’t leave the house for a week. We do not have a store in town who could help me with the return. I tried for several days to contact company. Your website is not user friendly. When I could drive 30 miles to a staples store to return the boots. When working with the clerk it came up that I did not return the boots. I happened to go into a Boot Barn store to purchase stretchers. They told me they would stretch them for free. That is what I call customer service. I bought my first pair of Frye boots in the early 70’s. I bought my last pair in the 2026. Your company did call me back on Monday but this all went down on a Saturday. No business on weekends."

"First off, I love Frye boots and have owned many pairs. But something's wrong with this pair. I am a solid 8 1/2 medium. So why can’t I get these boots on?? I’ve stretched the instep, thinking that’s the problem to no avail. I can’t turn them back after having stretched them. Sad, I love the style but can’t wear them, can’t get them on. I think the manufacturer should have put a zipper in or at least a back pull to get these suckers on. I was able to finally get the right boot on, felt great once on. Not the left boot. Oh well, this is the first sucky pair of Frye boots I’ve ever owned."
